Shipping & Delivery

Our preferred shipping method is via TNT Express Overnight first class satchel. Delivery will take 1-3 business days from the shipment day.  Dispatchment of orders will occur within 3 days for in-stock items*.

*Whilst our website does indicate that a product is/isn't instock, it may not be entirely accurate. We recommend that you contact us before placing an order via phone or email for confirmation if there is an urgent time constraint. Contacing us by phone is the best way to ensure your order is processed as soon as possible.

Warranty/Returns

Most items have a 12-month manufacturer's warranty but it is wise to check the product description for accurate warranty information. As more than 50% of all goods returned are found to be working OK, it is highly recommended that you test them yourself and explore all possibilities for configuration prior to contacting us. If the item is found to be working fine, a $66 charge will be incurred for testing labour. Shipping costs will also be payable by you. If the item is faulty, we will proceed to get it repaired/replaced. Out of warranty repairs can only be done on Custom products.


Refunds/Cancellations

Choose carefully. Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. A refund option is available when goods have not met the merchantability requirements required at the time of sale under the Trade Practices Act 1974. If replacement or repair by manufacturer is not possible, a refund or exchange for similar goods will be offered, however if the goods have had a fair amount of use, we may deduct a ACCC-allowed restocking charge from any refund/exchange offer made. We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind.
